Dr. Khan received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude with a major in the Biological Basis of Behavior and a minor in Italian Studies.
She received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, and was elected a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship and residency in psychiatry at the New York University Medical Center.
